As part of their initial application and counselling sessions our donors undergo a thorough medical examination by our resident OB/Gyn. Applicants are declined if they are found to have any medical condition(s) on our restricted list or have had cosmetic surgery, (with the exception of dental work).

Once a donor has completed her application she meets with one of our professional counsellors who explains the donation process in detail, including any side effects that she may experience during her medical treatment.

A signed agreement

All donors sign an agreement to once they have confirmed they understand their obligations and rights, before they start the process. It is also included in the Agreement she will lose all rights to her eggs once she has completed her donor cycle.

Donor Medical Screening

Donor screening is the most important part of the egg bank process and our donors are screened to American FDA standards, the highest in the World. All Genetic Carrier testing is carried out at our partner lab in the USA. We are the only donor servoce in Asia to do this. Our Group is also accredited with Health Canada which means our donor prepration meets the highest standards. The complete medical screening process is extremely comprehensive so you can be sure that your donor will be free of the common genetic and communicable diseases.

Donors have a Trial Cycle first

Once the donor has passed her medical screening she has a Trial IVF cycle to check her potential to produce a good number of quality and mature eggs and create Blastocysts. If her results are acceptable she is then scheduled for a fresh cycle- or her eggs are collected and frozen by our Cryotech certified embryologists.

Donor Availability

Generally, we have a wide range of donor eggs available but may at times have a short supply due to the heavy demand for our donors. We also provide our donors to patients at clinics in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada, Ukraine and other countries, but maintain healthy stock levels for our direct patients.

Frozen Donor Eggs

The big advantage egg freezing is that you can purchase an exact number of eggs and have your cycle in just a few weeks rather than having to wait for a donor to become available, scheduled and her IVF cycle matched to you. And thanks to recent advances, success rates for frozen or fresh egg cycles are now almost identical. You can commence in as little as 4-weeks.

Eggs for surrogacy

The availability of frozen eggs has transformed the way people approach fertility treatment. Particularly where surrogacy is involved. We can ship to overseas countries within 2-3 weeks. You can also have the male partner’s sperm collected at our clinic, the eggs thawed and fertilised and we can then ship the embryos to your preferred surrogacy clinic. There are many options.
